ENTRY-LEVEL CONCRETE LABORER

Moe's Concrete LLC is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals who want to learn the concrete trade and build a career in construction. This is an entry-level position. Concrete experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train someone who shows up consistently, works safely, follows directions, and wants to improve.

Pay:

$23-$24 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

Location:

Jobsites throughout Phoenix and the surrounding Valley Start time: Early mornings; start times vary by project

Responsibilities:

Assist with jobsite preparation and cleanup Load, unload, and organize tools and materials Assist with setting and stripping concrete forms Help install reinforcing steel and wire mesh Assist crews during concrete pours Use hand and power tools under supervision Dig, shovel, rake, and move construction materials Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work area Learn proper concrete construction methods and safety procedures

Requirements:

Reliable and able to report to work on time Dependable transportation to jobsites or designated meeting locations Able to work outdoors in Arizona weather Able to perform physically demanding work and lift approximately 50-75 pounds Willing to work early mornings and occasional overtime Able to follow directions and work as part of a crew Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Concrete or construction experience is preferred but not required
