Prevailing wage, $35+ About the job Inder Design Build LLC is hiring experienced construction laborers for a public works project in the City of Richmond. The work is removing existing curb ramps and replacing them with new ramps that meet ADA standards. The project is expected to last one to two months, starting Oct 10, 2026. This is a non-union position paid at the prevailing wage rate. What you'll do Saw-cut, break out, and remove existing concrete curb ramps, sidewalk, curb, and gutter Excavate, grade, and compact subgrade Help set forms to the required slopes and elevations Place concrete and assist with finishing and curing Install detectable warning surfaces (truncated domes) Set up and maintain traffic and pedestrian control around the work area Load, haul, and clean up debris; keep the site clean and safe Requirements 3+ years of concrete or construction laborer experience (flatwork, curb and gutter, or sidewalk) Able to lift [50+] lbs and work outdoors in all weather Reliable transportation to job sites in Richmond Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Previous ADA curb ramp experience Public works or prevailing wage project experience OSHA 10 certification How to apply Apply through Indeed with your work history or email - your resume and phone number
