Based on Experience Position Overview Spartan Floor Coatings is a leader in premium concrete coating systems, specializing in residential and commercial flooring solutions. We are seeking a Lead Installer who can take ownership of job sites, execute installations to a high standard, and represent the brand professionally in the field. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who values quality work, consistency, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Install epoxy and polyaspartic flooring systems to company standards Manage job sites from start to finish (prep, installation, completion) Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations Operate grinders, power tools, and coating equipment safely Oversee and direct assistant installers on-site Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate clearly with customers and team members Identify and resolve installation challenges as they arise Requirements Experience with epoxy, polyaspartic, or concrete coatings preferred Background in construction, flooring, or general labor Ability to lead a job site and maintain production standards Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and professional Why Work With Spartan Floor Coatings Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent workflow and project pipeline Structured installation process and training support Work with a recognized brand focused on quality and execution Work Location In-person (local job sites) Apply If you have installation experience and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we encourage you to apply.
