+ Comprehensive Benefits A well-established structural concrete contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to its team in the Washington, DC market. With a strong pipeline of work across the DMV, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take responsibility for significant concrete projects while joining an established contractor offering long-term career progression. The Role As the Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of structural concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll work closely with field leadership, clients, General Contractors, subcontractors and internal teams while managing schedules, budgets, procurement and overall project performance. Responsibilities Manage structural concrete projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting and financial performance. Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation. Coordinate procurement, materials, subcontractors and project resources. Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to maintain production and schedule. Review drawings, specifications and project scope requirements. Manage relationships with General Contractors, clients, vendors and subcontractors. Identify and resolve project issues to minimize cost and schedule impacts. Support project buyout, contract administration and closeout. Requirements Project Management experience within structural concrete construction. Strong understanding of concrete construction, project sequencing and field operations. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals and change orders. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project cost control. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate effectively between office and field teams. What's on Offer Salary up to $150,000 DOE. Performance-based bonus.
