Execute complex concrete finishing techniques to achieve high-quality surface results. Utilize Doco and Simon form systems to streamline the assembly process and enhance site efficiency. Ensure all formwork installations strictly adhere to project blueprints and safety standards. Maintain a high level of craftsmanship to support the long-term durability of concrete structures. Collaborate with site teams to meet project milestones and maintain a productive workflow. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in form carpentry and concrete finishing. Proven proficiency with Doco and Simon formwork systems. Demonstrated ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Ability to successfully pass background clearance requirements for secure site access. Preferred Skills Prior experience working on government or military installation projects. Advanced knowledge of concrete pouring and curing processes. Strong problem-solving skills related to structural formwork challenges.
