Requirements:
Valid Drivers' License 1-3 years prior concrete resurfacing/concrete coatings experience desired Work both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Background check
Responsibilities:
Interact directly with residential and small business customers while installing decorative concrete coatings. Install decorative concrete coatings at residential and commercial sites Work collaboratively with team members on job sites Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism Adapt to varying project requirements and environments
Compensation/Schedule:

Pay:
$160 per day to start; after 6 weeks of sustained quality performance, you can expect 10 to 20 percent more base per day; up to $10,000 in incentive bonuses available annually
• Full Time (32-40 hours per week)

Schedule:
Typically Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays; worksite usually within 1 hour from main office in Cocoa
