Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager with Concrete Coatings/Epoxy Flooring Installer experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will both install and lead crew members in the application of specialized coatings on concrete surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure durable, high-quality finishes that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize advanced techniques, contribute to the transformation of spaces with precision and professionalism, manage inventory and mentor fellow artists. Total Compensation Package Weekly salary is just one component of total compensation package for employees. $30K or more is available for reaching relatively easy-to-achieve milestones. 401K plan with company matching is also available. Responsibilities Lead the preparation and surface cleaning of concrete areas to ensure optimal coating adhesion. Apply various concrete coatings using airless spraying, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools with precision and efficiency. Read and understand the customer-accepted proposal and interpret photos and technical drawings to execute projects accurately. Utilize knowledge of color theory and finishing techniques to achieve desired aesthetic effects. Operate power tools and hand tools safely while maintaining a clean work environment. Collaborate with operations manager and other installers, as assigned, to ensure seamless execution. Requirements Strong leadership skills required. You must have the ability to foster teamwork and succeed together. Proven experience in concrete finishing with a strong understanding of construction site protocols. Organizational skills and ability to follow instructions are critical. Must have reliable transportation. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, airless spraying equipment (Wagner spray gun), and maintenance of tools and machinery. Strong understanding of construction safety standards and ability to work effectively on commercial or residential sites. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience for troubleshooting issues during project execution.
