Applicants must have their own dependable means of transportation to travel to job sites. Transportation to and from work is the employee's responsibility. Job Responsibilities Form and pour driveways, foundations, and stem walls in residential areas Assist with setting and removing concrete forms Prepare job sites before concrete placement Spread, level, smooth, and finish freshly poured concrete Carry, load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment Assist other crew members during forming, pouring, and finishing operations Maintain a clean and organized job site Properly use and care for concrete and construction tools Follow job-site instructions and safety procedures Work efficiently as part of a construction crew Qualifications & Requirements Previous concrete finishing or construction experience is required Must have your own reliable transportation Must be dependable and able to report to job sites on time Knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing is strongly preferred Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a crew Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods Willing and able to perform strenuous manual labor Must be able to safely use common construction and concrete tools Strong work ethic and attention to quality Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position .
