Express Employment Professionals of Naples/Bonita Springs is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for a high-end residential builder specializing in multimillion-dollar luxury homes.

Pay:

Starting at $25 per hour, based on experience

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Job Type:

Full-time, Evaluation Hire (temp-to-permanent)

Responsibilities:

Pour, spread, level, and smooth concrete Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools Operate screeds, floats, trowels, edgers, and other finishing equipment Create smooth, broomed, or textured finishes according to project specifications Form edges, control joints, and expansion joints Repair imperfections and ensure finished surfaces meet quality standards Assist with setting up and cleaning work areas before and after concrete pours Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

Previous professional concrete-finishing experience is required Experience finishing slabs, foundations, walkways, driveways, and other concrete surfaces Knowledge of concrete curing times, finishing techniques, and proper tool usage Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to safely operate concrete-finishing tools and equipment Must be dependable and arrive on time Must be able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in the Florida heat Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and remain on your feet throughout the shift Must have reliable transportation to assigned job sites Must be interested in a long-term opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to work on premier residential construction projects and transition to the builder's permanent payroll after successfully completing the evaluation period.
