Job Description

Express Employment Professionals of Naples/Bonita Springs is hiring dependable Concrete General Laborers for a high-end residential builder specializing in luxury homes.

Pay:

$19 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Job Type:

Full-time, Evaluation Hire (temp-to-permanent)

Responsibilities:

Assist concrete crews with general labor and job-site preparation Load, unload, and move construction materials Clean and organize work areas Assist with concrete pouring, forming, and finishing as directed Follow all job-site safety procedures Perform other construction-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be dependable and arrive on time Must be able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in the Florida heat Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and work on your feet throughout the shift Previous construction or concrete experience is helpful but not required Must have reliable transportation to assigned job sites Must be interested in a long-term opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected high-end residential builder with the potential to transition to the company's permanent payroll after successfully completing the evaluation period.
