Our established concrete-cutting company is looking for a motivated, outgoing salesperson to join our team 3 days a week. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience, sales experience, or existing relationships within the construction industry who wants a part-time position with the potential to grow into a larger role. What You'll Do Develop new contractor and commercial accounts Make calls and visit contractors and jobsites Build relationships with General Contractors, Concrete Contractors, Project Managers and Estimators Look for upcoming projects and new opportunities Follow up on estimates and leads Help maintain relationships with existing customers Work with our office and operations team to turn opportunities into jobs Who We're Looking For Construction or outside sales experience is a plus Existing relationships with contractors are a BIG plus Outgoing and comfortable talking to people Self-motivated and dependable Good follow-up and organizational skills Professional and personable Strong work ethic and high integrity Must have reliable transportation, clean background and a valid driver's license What We Offer Part-time position to start - 3 days a week Competitive hourly compensation Flexible schedule Opportunity to increase hours based on performance Support from our office & management team We're looking for someone who can build genuine, long-term relationships with customers and grow with our company.
