Full-Time We are looking for experienced and dependable Concrete Finishers, Construction Laborers, and Equipment Operators to join our team in the Orlando area. Responsibilities Perform concrete finishing and general construction labor. Assist with concrete preparation, pouring, leveling, and finishing. Operate skid steers and mini excavators safely and efficiently. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Work effectively as part of a construction crew. Qualifications Previous construction or concrete experience preferred. Experience operating skid steers and/or mini excavators preferred. Reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to work as part of a team. Dependable, hardworking, and safety-minded. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and skills.
