The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily administrative and operational activities of the company's cleaning and janitorial service operations. This role focuses on managing staff, schedules, service quality, and internal administrative processes to ensure efficient and compliant operations across multiple client locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning and janitorial operations across assigned client sites.
- Manage administrative tasks related to service contracts, internal documentation, and operational reporting.
- Prepare and maintain employee work schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels and operational coverage.
- Supervise and support field supervisors and administrative personnel, providing operational guidance and oversight.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and client requirements.
- Track operational performance, prepare routine reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing support for cleaning staff in collaboration with administrative teams.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost control.
- Communicate with clients regarding service adjustments, operational needs, and issue resolution.
- Implement and improve internal operational and administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or supervisory roles.- Experience in service-based industries such as cleaning, janitorial, facilities management, hospitality, or similar is preferred but not required. Special Skills / Knowledge
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Work Schedule:
