Plycrete is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer (Concrete Pump Operator). This position does not have an experience requirement as we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Operate trailer-mounted concrete pumps efficiently and safely to deliver concrete to various job sites. Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, ensuring machines are in optimal working condition. Handle routine inspections and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operations. Utilize mechanical skills to maintain and repair machinery, Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth concrete pumping process and successful project completion. Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.

Requirements:

Mechanical inclination and understanding of machines. Physical fitness with strong endurance and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks. Flexibility to work different shifts for large pours. Willingness to learn and undergo training to become a skilled Trailer Pump Operator. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Valid US Driver's License and Reliable Transportation. Clean driving record
