Our projects include site development, underground utilities, roadway construction, and public infrastructure work throughout the Tampa Bay area. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Curb Machine Operator / Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise concrete operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing crews and operating a Power Curber and possess a strong understanding of concrete, grade control, finishing, and quality control. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews on roadway, commercial, and municipal projects. Operate and oversee Power Curber, including slipform pavers and support equipment. Coordinate concrete placement, grade control, and finishing activities. Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and grade stakes. Ensure proper concrete placement, finishing, and curing procedures. Set and maintain string lines to verify correct line, slope, and grade. Coordinate concrete mix delivery and production pace with the rest of the curb crew. Perform daily equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and minor troubleshooting. Assist with hand-forming, finishing, or ADA ramp work when require Monitor production rates and maintain project schedules. Perform quality control inspections. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety policies. Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials. Communicate effectively with project teams and inspectors. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of concrete paving experience; foreman experience preferred. Experience operating a Power Curber equipment is required. Strong knowledge of concrete methods, grade control systems, and finishing techniques. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Valid driver's license preferred. Schedule Monday through Saturday Pay Competitive pay based on experience.
