Pay:

$110,000 - $130,000 per year An established commercial concrete subcontractor in Central Florida is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead its project management team. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who wants ownership and influence rather than another layer of corporate process. You will sit above a team of four project managers, reporting directly to the COO - setting direction, following up on execution, and holding the team to account.

The business is growing quickly:

thirteen live projects at present, ranging from $6,500 residential work to $4.2 million commercial contracts, with expansion into multilayer, bonded, county and state work across Florida. What you'll be doing Providing direction and oversight to a team of four project managers, and holding them accountable for delivery Reviewing plans and specifications in detail, coordinating with engineers, and identifying uncertified or non-final drawings before material is procured against them Overseeing multiple concurrent projects across a broad range of contract values Managing budgets, schedules and project tracking in JobTread Visiting job sites regularly and documenting visits with photographs and written notes Acting as the senior point of contact for customers, general contractors and suppliers Supporting the business as it moves into larger vertical, multilayer and bonded projects What we're looking for Substantial commercial or industrial concrete project management experience — around eight years is the benchmark, though we will consider a shorter career with the right scope of work Both horizontal and vertical concrete experience, with strength in horizontal work Confident reading and interrogating plans, and comfortable challenging drawings that aren't right Experience with JobTread, Buildertrend or comparable scheduling and project tracking software Genuinely detail-driven, with the organisation to hold multiple projects at once Strong communicator, at ease with customers daily and credible with field crews Willing to travel across Florida and be present on site - this is not a remote or office-only position What's on offer $110,000 - $130,000 base salary, depending on experience Company vehicle or car allowance, plus a company gas card Hotel accommodation and $35 daily per diem when working more than two hours from home for two or more consecutive days Supplemental medical coverage, with major medical plans currently being sourced Paid time off, accruing after 90 days A senior leadership role in a growing, well-regarded business with a long-established owner To apply Apply through Indeed with an up-to-date resume.
