MEMCO is looking for experienced workers in Concrete repairs, Waterproofing and Commercial Restoration in the Atlanta area!

Full-Time Schedule:

M-F; occasional weekend; 7am-3:30pm Pay (DOE): Laborer $19.50+/hr Jr Foreman $25+/hr Foreman $28+/hr ASAP start! We are seeking several dependable and skilled workers with experience in concrete and masonry repair, waterproofing and commercial restoration to join our customer's team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, a team player and have proven or relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform concrete repair work, including chipping, patching, forming, and pouring concrete. Assist with masonry repair and installation, including brick, block, stone, and tuckpointing work. Install and maintain waterproofing systems, coatings, sealants, and other restoration materials. Support commercial building restoration projects involving facades, stucco, EIFS, and structural repairs. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after construction activities. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe jobsite. Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts as required. Lift, carry, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment. Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.

Requirements:

Experience in commercial restoration, construction, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, stucco, or related trade preferred Must be 18+ Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. Steel-toe boots and full PPE required. A pre-employment Drug Screening is required . Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying 50+ lbs., climbing ladders and scaffolding, working at heights, and remaining on your feet throughout the workday.
