Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our installation team. As a concrete coatings installer, you'll work with a crew to prepare, apply and finish commercial/residential grade coatings systems in garages, homes and businesses.
Responsibilities:
Surface preparation (Grinding, repairing cracks, patching and cleaning. Mixing and applying epoxy, concrete stain, etc. Assisting with equipment setup, cleanup and maintenance. Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean site. Communication is key.
Qualifications:
Previous construction, flooring or coatings experience preferred (but not required-will train) Must have the ability to lift 50+ pounds and work for extended periods, strong attention to detail and PRIDE in quality workmanship. Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable Transportation to our office. We have a small team environment with a focus on growth, fellowship, growth and quality.
