Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in a team prepping and pouring concrete in commercial, agricultural and residential settings.
- Perform general construction labor from project start to finish.
- Operating various construction and concrete tools and material handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to quickly learn and assists in all facets of the project and offer suggestions for improvement. Required Skills
- Ability to lift, carry and pull at least 50 pounds of material
- Pre-hire drug screen
- Ability to listen to, understand and follow directions.
- Ability to remain flexible as specific assignment change.
- Dedicated and reliable work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic as needed.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment. -Reliable transportation to/from work

Physical Requirements:
- Requires strength to lift, push, pull, or on occasion, carry objects of 50 lbs or more. Also, flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs. Must be able to stand between eight and twelve hours per day. Some tasks involve repetitive motion. Benefits
