Lister Concrete Products is Hiring! We are seeking a skilled, reliable Concrete Finisher and Laborer to join our growing company. In this position, you will be mainly responsible for demolition, forming, and pouring of onsite construction jobs. This position will also be assisting in pouring of precast products, and operating smaller heavy machinery. All employees are cross trained over all aspects of the business. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential!

Experience with concrete required:

placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete in construction projects. Must have experience setting the concrete forms and ensuring they have the correct depth and slope.

Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent educational experience Must be 18 years of age Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds Positive attitude and work ethic Able to work independently or as an active member of a team Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management Maintain regular attendance Be available for overtime when needed Have reliable transportation Must have valid driver's license Concrete experience

REQUIRED - 2

years CDL preferred but not required Pay based on experience and skills.
