Concrete Construction Supervisor Qualifications:

Previous Construction management experience required 10+ years of experience in concrete construction with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role preferred Valid drivers license required Proficiency in reading complex blueprints, grade checking, and understanding mix designs (PSI, slump, admixtures) required Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational, communication, and leadership skills preferred Ability to travel required

Concrete Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

Responsible for enabling the completion of jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing the work crews, ensuring equipment and materials are enough, repairing and maintaining equipment, training crews, and assisting with special projects as assigned Assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantles forms after use, using saws, hammers, nails, bolts, or form hardware Erects and disassembles scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures Assist to align, straighten, plumb and square forms for installation Construct forms, then assist in raising them to the required elevation Other duties as may be required Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
