We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Concrete Sales Representative to help deliver quality products and exceptional service to the customers and communities we serve. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow your territory. Present, recommend, and sell concrete and aggregate products that meet customer needs. Research upcoming projects and identify sales opportunities. Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and professional customer communications. Establish pricing for products and freight while ensuring competitive, profitable solutions. Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and management to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. Monitor project progress and verify the accuracy of orders and delivery tickets. Maintain accurate sales activity, expense, and customer reports. Assist with collections on assigned past-due accounts. Serve as a trusted resource for customers from project planning through completion. What You Bring Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Knowledge of concrete and aggregate products preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Why Suncore?
