What You'll Do Concrete Prep & Placement:
Assist with site preparation, including digging trenches, grading dirt/gravel, setting forms and braces, and helping the crew place and finish concrete.
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, including compactors, laser leveling/measuring equipment, and specialized concrete finishing tools.
Site Maintenance:
Maintain a safe, clean job site by clearing rubble and debris, and keep work trucks, equipment, and tools cleaned and well-maintained.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with crew members and leaders to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
Qualifications Driver's License:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
Work Ethic:
Strong physical stamina, reliability, and a willingness to learn and work hard as part of a team.
Language Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus!
Experience:
Prior experience in concrete work or general labor is preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits $40,000 - $65,000 (DOE) Full-time Paid Time Off Ready to build your future with us? Apply today!
