CONCRETE FINISHERS & SKILLED FRAMERS/CRAFTSMEN

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Concrete Finishers - Subcontractors Experienced in residential and/or commercial concrete finishing Able to properly finish, edge, broom, float, and/or power trowel concrete Strong understanding of concrete placement and finishing processes Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Reliable, organized, and prepared with the necessary tools and equipment Must take pride in producing clean, professional work Must be properly set up to work as an independent subcontractor Skilled Framers / Craftsmen Experienced in residential construction and framing Strong knowledge of layout, measurements, and construction techniques Able to read plans and follow project specifications Comfortable working independently while also working as part of a crew Ability to perform a variety of construction tasks is a major plus Must have a strong attention to detail and take pride in quality workmanship Must be dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn and improve The KEEN Construction Culture We want one big family on the job site.
