We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building durable, high-quality structures by assisting with various concrete-related tasks on active construction sites. Your hands-on skills and attention to safety will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your physical strength, technical knowledge, and teamwork will drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create smooth, level surfaces according to project specifications. Set up and dismantle formwork and scaffolding for concrete structures, ensuring proper alignment and stability. Install rebar reinforcement in accordance with blueprints and schematics to strengthen concrete elements. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for cutting, drilling, or moving concrete materials. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately. Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations, including proper use of hand tools and personal protective equipment. Support masonry, plastering, drywall installation, tile laying, and other related renovation or restoration activities as needed. Experience Prior construction experience with a focus on concrete work or related trades such as carpentry or masonry. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings. Familiarity with concrete forming systems, concrete pumping operations, and finishing techniques such as troweling and smoothing. Hands-on experience working on diverse construction projects including heavy lifting, framing, flooring installation, stucco application, and caulking. Understanding of construction site safety regulations and best practices for working with heavy equipment and power tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards. Experience working in renovation or restoration projects is a plus. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 60.0 per week
