What You'll Do Form, pour, finish, and cure concrete Prepare and grade job sites Install forms and reinforcement Tear out and remove existing concrete Operate hand tools and construction equipment Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Work as part of a team to complete quality projects on schedule What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation Construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Supportive, team-oriented work environment Variety of residential and commercial projects
