Responsibilities Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute concrete-related tasks such as: Build and set up formwork. Install rebar. Pour and finish concrete. Use power tools safely and efficiently. Work with team members on construction site projects, maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to workplace safety regulations. Follow all safety protocols diligently, including proper use of hand tools, power tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and heavy machinery operation. Qualifications Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete pouring, finishing techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools. Ability to read and understand construction drawings. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly on-site plans and safety guidelines. Physical capability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/scaffolding, and working in various weather conditions.
