$26.00 - $28.50 per hour (based on experience) + Performance Bonus Alliance Restoration LLC is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher & Restoration Craftsperson to handle small-scale concrete installations, structural repairs, and specialized architectural restoration across the Kansas City metro area. This position is designed for an ambitious self-starter who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well independently, and wants to expand their trade skills into high-demand restoration fields like historic masonry repointing and wood rot repair. Key Responsibilities Set forms, pour, float, edge, and finish small-scale flatwork, steps, curbs, and structural concrete repairs. Perform concrete patching, surface prep, crack repair, and architectural resurfacing. Manage small projects independently on-site from layout to clean-up, ensuring high quality and safety standards. Cross-train and execute specialized historic preservation work, including mortar joint raking, masonry repointing, and wood rot restoration. Communicate effectively with project managers and maintain organized job sites, tools, and materials. Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience forming, pouring, and finishing concrete. Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to master masonry restoration and carpentry repairs. Self-directed mindset with the ability to manage small job sites autonomously when needed. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and handle standard concrete and restoration equipment.
