This role includes job site clean-up, washing and sealing concrete, and general labor duties. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform job site clean-up, including removal of debris and materials Wash and prepare broom-finished and stamped concrete for sealing Apply sealers to concrete surfaces with attention to quality and consistency Backfill work areas with topsoil and assist with final site grading and cleanup Assist crew with general concrete flatwork tasks as needed Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment Follow all safety procedures and company standards Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Construction or concrete experience preferred, but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Strong attention to detail and work quality Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Schedule Monday-Friday (some weekends and overtime as needed) Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement
