Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Erlanger, KY. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $37/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Prepare work areas, forms, and subgrades prior to concrete placement Place, spread, level, and finish concrete Operate hand and power tools used in concrete construction and finishing Use screeds, floats, trowels, edgers, and related tools to achieve the required finish Cut and install control joints as needed Apply broom, smooth, and other specified finishes Monitor concrete consistency and appearance throughout the placement and finishing process Perform edging, patching, surface repairs, and touch-up work Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Other tasks as assigned Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all jobsite safety procedures

Requirements:

Previous concrete finishing or concrete construction experience preferred Knowledge of concrete placement, leveling, floating, edging, and finishing techniques Ability to safely use common hand and power tools Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stoop, and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable transportation and dependable attendance OSHA 10; TI may provide qualified candidates Ability to work effectively as part of a team Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
