Concrete Laborers - Start ASAP! We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience . The Concrete Laborer will work with a crew to complete commercial projects efficiently and professionally. Concrete Laborer Responsibilities Assist in preparing job sites for concrete placement, including excavation, grading, and site cleanup. Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. Set up and remove concrete forms, stakes, string lines, and other jobsite materials. Assist with pouring, spreading, and moving concrete as directed by the foreman or concrete finishers. Use hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, compactors, jackhammers, saws, and vibrators safely and effectively. Assist with backfilling, grading, and site restoration after concrete work is completed. Clean, maintain, and store tools, equipment, and vehicles. Help monitor and protect freshly poured concrete during the curing process. Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and jobsite procedures. Work collaboratively with supervisors, finishers, operators, and other crew members to complete projects on schedule. Perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions, including lifting, carrying, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
