Role:

Lakeshore Concrete Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Concrete Coating/Polishing Installer to join our growing team in Zeeland, MI. This is a hands-on role where you'll transform concrete surfaces into stunning, durable finishes for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities:

Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, and surface profiling prior to coating or polishing Apply epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, and other decorative concrete coatings Perform concrete polishing and densifying using industrial grinding equipment Install flake broadcast systems, metallic epoxy, and other decorative floor systems Operate and maintain surface preparation and polishing equipment Ensure quality control throughout each phase of installation Communicate professionally with clients on job sites and represent the company with integrity Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times

Requirements:

Prior experience in concrete coatings, polishing, flooring installation, or a related trade preferred but not nessecary Ability to operate surface grinders, and related equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to learn new techniques and product systems on the job

Pay:
