Concrete Finisher

Concrete Finisher/Laborer Pay Range:

• $28-$38

Job Description:

Seeking a dependable and skilled Concrete Finisher to join a team focused on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. This role offers consistent year-round employment, including opportunities in snow removal during the winter months.

Responsibilities:

• Form sidewalks, entries, pedestrian ramps, steps, and other concrete structures
• Pour and finish concrete to meet quality standards
• Perform general labor and site preparation
• Install rebar and operate hand and power tools
• Complete other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or residential concrete finishing (5+ years preferred)
• CDL A and heavy equipment experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
