TLS Custom Concrete is a family-owned residential concrete business looking for a concrete finisher to join our crew. Our crew works as a team. All of our supervisors, finishers and laborers work together to get each project done. As a concrete finisher, daily job tasks would include grading dirt/rock, placing forms, smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces, and helping the crew complete a job in a smooth and fast manner.

If you are someone who:

• Has

AT LEAST 2 YEARS

prior experience with finishing concrete

• Is hard working, responsible, and reliable
• Is willing to learn
• Has reliable transportation to travel throughout the North Metro of the Twin Cities, MN on a daily basis.
• Has a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.

Job Details:

• Pay is based on experience. Willing to compensate your desired pay if you work hard, show up on time, are reliable, and willing to do your best at every job.
• Start immediately. Includes 40+ Hours a week. Winter work and weekend work available if desired.
• Time & a half for overtime hours.
• Weekly direct deposit
• Health insurance, Dental Insurance, 401k with match available, and Holiday pay.
