This full-time contract opportunity is based in a dynamic elementary setting, working hands-on with students whose unique learning profiles benefit from thoughtfully individualized approaches. The Ready, Set, Launch program provides targeted instruction and support to children with autism and other specialized developmental needs, and is designed for educators who are committed to nurturing each childs growth and achievement.

Key Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license; only Tier 3 or Tier 4 licenses accepted Experience or enthusiasm for working with early childhood and/or elementary-aged students with autism or developmental challenges Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with families, related service providers, and school teams Dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive learning communities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction aligned to students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions using evidence-based approaches Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to plan, assess, and support student progress Maintain clear and timely documentation of goals, growth, and related service contributions Foster a classroom culture that celebrates diversity and cultivates confidence, independence, and a love of learning This role offers a consistent weekday schedule (MondayFriday, 8:00 am3:40 pm, 37.5 hours per week) for the duration of the school year through June 2027, allowing you to develop lasting and impactful relationships with students and colleagues alike.
