Pay & Benefits $18.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience Typical weekly earnings: $800-$2,000+ Paid travel time Overtime opportunities during busy seasons Paid, hands-on training Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Company-provided tools and safety equipment Opportunities for advancement within a growing company What You'll Do Travel to customer job sites in company vehicles Prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, repairing, and cleaning Install epoxy, polyaspartic, and other premium concrete coating systems Operate professional installation equipment and power tools Work alongside a team to complete high-quality installations efficiently and safely Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Represent Comer & Cross with professionalism while interacting with customers What We're Looking For Experience in construction, concrete, flooring, painting, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor is helpful, but not required. We value attitude and work ethic just as much as experience.
