We are looking for a dependable leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well, and can lead crews safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews Operate concrete polishing and surface preparation equipment Install epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane cement, and other resinous flooring systems Read plans, specifications, and project requirements Coordinate daily jobsite activities Train and mentor crew members Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines Communicate daily progress, challenges, and material needs with management Maintain company equipment and jobsite organization Enforce safety procedures and company policies QualificationsPreferred 3+ years of concrete polishing experience 3+ years of resinous flooring/coatings experience Previous foreman or crew leadership experience Experience with shot blasting, grinding, joint filling, and concrete repairs Ability to travel overnight when needed Required Valid driver's license Ability to lift 75 lbs.
