We work on commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, educational, and specialty flooring projects throughout the Midwest. We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to grow with a company long-term. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Concrete Coatings & Polishing Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position working on polished concrete and resinous flooring projects. The ideal candidate has experience with concrete polishing, surface preparation, epoxy coatings, and construction equipment operation. Responsibilities Operate concrete grinders, vacuums, burnishers, and surface preparation equipment Install polished concrete systems Install epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane cement, and other resinous flooring systems Perform surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, and crack/joint repairs Follow project specifications and company quality standards Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Travel to project sites as required QualificationsPreferred Experience Concrete polishing Epoxy flooring installation Polyaspartic coatings Surface preparation and shot blasting Joint filling and concrete repair Commercial construction experience Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to lift 75+ pounds Ability to work on your feet throughout the day Willingness to travel overnight when required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time Takes pride in their work Communicates honestly Works safely and efficiently Treats company equipment with respect Wants a long-term career in the concrete coatings and polishing industry Apply today and tell us about your experience with concrete polishing, coatings, or surface preparation.
