Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Trailer Pump Operator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for safely operating a trailer-mounted concrete pump to place concrete at job sites, coordinating with crews, and ensuring high-quality placement in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has prior experience with trailer pumps, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate trailer-mounted concrete pump to deliver and place concrete accurately and efficiently. Set up and break down the pump system including hoses, pipe, clamps, and safety devices. Inspect and maintain pump equipment to ensure safe and effective operation. Communicate with the concrete crew and truck drivers to ensure a smooth and coordinated pour. Clean and flush the pump and hoses after each use in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment as needed. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE. Maintain jobsite cleanliness and professionalism. Drive and transport the trailer pump to and from job sites (requires valid driver's license and clean driving record).
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year operating concrete trailer pumps (e.g., Mayco, Schwing, or similar).
Licensing:
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).
Knowledge:
Familiar with concrete mix designs, slump control, hose routing, and site preparation.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and be on feet for extended periods.
Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude, communication skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
