Job Description

Porch structural repair and concrete work needed as part of a historic home exterior restoration project near Stockholm, WI (short drive from Red Wing, MN).
Scope:
correct/repair porch footings, structural framing repair as needed, and pour approximately 1 cubic yard of concrete. All materials provided, including the concrete — this is a labor-only job.
Qualifications:
structural framing repair experience, footing/foundation repair, concrete pour/finish experience, own tools for carpentry work (materials supplied, no need to source concrete).
Pay:
$1,000.00 per week
