General Production Worker (Concrete Manufacturing)

$20.00/hr (Step increases up to $28.85/hr at full scale)

Job Overview:

We are hiring General Production Workers to support the manufacturing of pre‑fabricated concrete walls and structures. This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role in an industrial concrete production environment. Workers will assist with casting, finishing, stripping, mixing, and moving concrete materials. Candidates should be comfortable working long shifts and in outdoor conditions year‑round.

Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties in concrete production Assist with casting, finishing, stripping, mixing, and moving concrete Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility and yard Operate forklifts and basic production equipment (experience preferred) Support setup, production, stripping, and yard operations Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

PM PM Casting:

Start at 2:00

PM PM Stripping:

Start at 6:30 PM AM Set‑

Up:

Start between 12:00 AM-2:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday) Yard 1st

Shift:

Start at 6:00 AM Yard 2nd

Shift:

Start at 2:00

PM Yard Day Strip:

Start at 6:30

AM Yard Night Strip:

Start at 6:00 PM Most shifts run until production goals are met, typically 10-12 hours per day. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Savage, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
