MAC Precision Concrete is seeking experienced Foremen to lead field crews on substation, industrial, and heavy civil concrete projects across the United States. This position is responsible for safely leading crews, maintaining production, coordinating daily work, and delivering quality projects on schedule. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews in the field. Plan daily activities and communicate expectations to the crew. Read and interpret plans and specifications. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials. Ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards. Complete daily reports and documentation. Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, inspectors, and subcontractors. Train and mentor crew members. Maintain productivity while keeping projects on schedule. Identify and solve field issues before they impact production. Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading concrete construction crews. Experience with foundations, piers, slabs, structural concrete, or heavy civil projects. Ability to read construction drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States. Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening. Experience with GPS/layout equipment is a plus. Experience using Raken or similar daily reporting software is a plus.

Pay:

$31.18 - $37.55 per hour
