Opportunity:
MAC Precision Concrete is seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to build and stabilize our people function. As the Director of Human Resources, you will partner directly with executive leadership to shape HR strategy and create systems and programs that attract, engage, and retain our talented workforce in Minnesota and across all our jobsites nationwide. This pivotal role offers the authority to modernize HR operations, strengthen organizational partnerships, and drive measurable improvements in talent acquisition, retention, compliance, and employee experience.
Key Functional Areas You Will Lead:
Policies, Procedures & Legal Compliance Leadership and Strategy Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention Employee Relations Performance Management Job Descriptions & Compensation Structure Benefit Plan Design & Management Employee Training & Development Public Relations & Organizational Communications Payroll & Benefits Administration Safety Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related Business field. 10+ years of experience with a history of progressive growth in Human Resources functional roles. 2+ years of experience in a Senior HR Leadership role. Experience working with and communicating in a diverse workplace with multiple locations is highly desired. Strong customer-service orientation and excellent communication skills. Ability to interact effectively and establish cooperative working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proven experience in leading a diverse workforce across multiple locations. Collaborative leadership style capable of cohesively leading employees in various roles. Pay:
$110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
