Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Concrete Finishers to join our special contracts team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise concrete finishing tasks that contribute to the durability and aesthetic appeal of various construction projects. Your experience will help transform raw concrete into smooth, flat level surfaces, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to Quality Control and Safety standards. Duties Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds. Assist with blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute concrete finishing tasks according to specifications. Install rebar reinforcement and formwork structures to support concrete placement and ensure structural integrity. Perform concrete pouring activities while managing proper placement techniques to prevent defects such as cracks or uneven surfaces. Adhere strictly to construction workplace safety regulations by following safety policy. Able to work in the elements while wearing the required PPE (Steel or Composite toe boots) leather or rubber, plus a hard hat, gloves and safety glasses. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete mixing machinery. Good verbal communication Work on a team of 6-15 along with other departments to complete weekly project deadlines.

Pay:
