• Immediate Start Avery Construction is a Fargo-based concrete company looking to add t wo dependable Concrete Laborers to help us finish out our 2026 concrete season.

This is a seasonal position with an immediate start and is expected to run through the end of the concrete season, weather permitting. There may be an opportunity for strong employees to return for full-time work in Spring 2027.

Responsibilities:

Assist crews with concrete setup, placement, and finishing operations Set and strip concrete forms Install rebar and reinforcement Assist with demolition and removal of existing concrete Help with gravel placement, grading, and site preparation Operate small equipment and power tools as experience allows Load, unload, and organize materials and tools Clean jobsites and equipment Assist foremen and experienced crew members with daily tasks Perform other general construction and concrete-related duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and able to show up on time every day Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding work Able to lift and carry construction materials and equipment Able to work longer days and overtime when needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Concrete or construction experience is preferred but not required Equipment operating experience is a plus We are looking for people who want to work hard, get plenty of hours, and make good money through the remainder of the construction season.

Schedule:

Full-time seasonal, Monday-Friday with overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

Pay:

$24

• 29/hour depending on experience
