Duties Prepare and set up forms, rebar, and reinforcement materials according to schematics and blueprints Operate power tools to pour and finish concrete surfaces efficiently Smooth and finish concrete using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers for a flawless surface Install rebar, ensuring proper placement for structural integrity Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across construction sites Maintain safety standards by following protocols Skills Mechanical knowledge of tools and construction equipment to troubleshoot issues quickly Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in finishing tasks Strong understanding of safety procedures related to concrete Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members on complex projects Join us if you're passionate about construction and eager to build a career in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact!
