Concrete Finisher -

Full-Time Location:

Lincoln, NE We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our growing construction team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Work includes a mix of commercial, residential, and roadway projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Set forms, pour, and finish concrete for flatwork, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gutters, and roadway projects Perform road work including paving support, curb and gutter finishing, and patching/repair Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools Ensure proper curing of concrete to achieve durability and strength Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Maintain a clean and safe job site Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a concrete finisher required (road work experience preferred) Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing techniques, and materials Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and attention to detail
