This role involves operating concrete pumping equipment to facilitate efficient placement of concrete on various construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and effectively managing pump operations, supporting equipment maintenance, and assisting with related vehicle operations. Training will be provided to operate mobile concrete trucks, dump trucks, and loaders as needed. Duties Operate concrete boom pumps and line pumps to deliver concrete accurately and efficiently according to project specifications. Drive commercial trucks, including mobile concrete trucks and dump trucks, ensuring safe transportation of materials to job sites. Support equipment maintenance by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring all machinery is in optimal working condition. Assist with loading materials using loaders and other heavy equipment as required. Apply basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and ensuring proper mix ratios during pumping operations. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively and meet project deadlines. Requirements Valid commercial truck driving license with a clean driving record. Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance. Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and minor repairs. Basic math skills for operational calculations. Willingness to learn how to operate mobile concrete trucks, dump trucks, and loaders through training provided by the employer. Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols.
