Job Overview We are Concrete Construction company focused on Poured Wall Foundations, Retaining Walls, and Concrete Floors. We are looking for a induvial to supervise the crew on installations of footers, walls, and floors. Relaying plan details, assuring accuracy and quality. Duties Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of concrete construction projects. Oversee construction schedule coordination to ensure materials are on site for the crew. Monitor construction site activities daily to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual obligations. Layout with Robotic Total Station Measuring Concrete Quantity takeoffs on site and releasing concrete Proven experience managing large-scale concrete or civil infrastructure projects within a commercial or heavy civil environment. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced construction management role while maintaining high safety standards. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics (including Civil 3D drawings), contracts, and construction plans for complex infrastructure projects. In-depth understanding of construction regulations governing commercial projects as well as regulatory compliance procedures. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience managing budgets for large-scale projects with a focus on cost control and resource allocation.

Pay:
