Great Benefits. No Boring Gray Boxes. Real Help Concrete is looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our residential decorative concrete crew. We pour driveways, patios, pool surrounds, walkways, stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, broom finish, borders, and plenty of projects that require more than just dragging a broom across concrete and calling it a day. We take a lot of pride in what we do, and we're looking for someone who does too. If you can look at a slab and immediately notice the birdbath, crooked edge, or ugly broom line that nobody else sees... you're probably our kind of person. What You'll Be Doing Finishing residential concrete Broom finishing driveways, patios, sidewalks, and pool surrounds Working with stamped and decorative concrete Exposed aggregate work Edging, jointing, floating, troweling, and detail work Helping produce clean borders, transitions, steps, and specialty finishes Working with a crew that actually cares what the finished product looks like Occasionally explaining why "we can just add a little water to it" is not the answer Who We're Looking For We want an experienced concrete finisher . Not somebody who watched three YouTube videos. Not somebody whose cousin poured a garage floor in 2017. And preferably not someone whose finishing technique consists entirely of yelling, "Get the bull float!" You should be comfortable working on residential concrete projects and understand how to finish concrete properly from placement through final detail. Decorative concrete experience is a major plus.
You should also:
Show up on time Be dependable Work well with a crew Take pride in your work Be able to handle physical construction work Understand that details matter Know that a beautiful stamped patio does not happen by accident Why Work at Real Help Concrete? We offer industry-leading pay and benefits for the residential concrete industry , because we want experienced professionals to build a career here — not just work until the next contractor offers them another dollar an hour. What We Offer Industry-leading compensation Health benefits Dental Vision Retirement benefits Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement Professional equipment and organized crews Consistent residential decorative concrete work A company that invests in its employees, equipment, systems, and reputation We specialize in higher-end residential decorative concrete, which means you'll work on projects you can actually be proud to drive past five years from now. The Kind of Person Who Will Do Well Here You like finishing concrete. You're particular. You notice details. You want the driveway straight, the edges clean, the joints right, and the stamp work looking like somebody actually cared. You don't disappear when the concrete trucks show up. And when someone says, "It'll probably be fine," it bothers you just a little bit. Perfect. We should probably talk. Ready to Join Us?
